EDUKASI PENTINGNYA PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DI SMK KESEHATAN SADEWA

Abstract


Background: Adolescence is a period in which individuals develop to achieve maturity in mental, emotional, social, and physical aspects. One of the challenges faced by adolescents is PHBS. The impact of a lack of good PHBS in the implementation of clean and healthy living habits among adolescents can create an uncomfortable learning environment, reduce learning outcomes, and increase the likelihood of suffering from diseases such as diarrhea and other infections. Objective: This community service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge.

Method: Pre-test and post-test of the level of knowledge about the importance of PHBS education for adolescents, with a total of 41 respondents. Results: There was an increase in knowledge among adolescents in the good category and a decrease in the level of knowledge of adolescents in the sufficient and poor categories.
