Gambaran Hasil Uji Kualitas Mutu Produk Darah Fresh Frozen Plasma di UDD PMI Sleman

Abstract

Quality management is part of the overall inspection activities that refer to good manufacturing practices (CPOB), for blood supply units to ensure the blood and components of blood produced can be controlled consistently against quality standards and according to their functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of quality test Fresh Frozen Plasma blood products at the UDD PMI Sleman. The research method used was analytical description, with a total sample of 156 Fresh Frozen Plasma blood products. Data analysis used univariate analysis. The results obtained were that all Fresh Frozen Plasma blood products had good quality and qualified the standards of the Minister of Health Regulation, from all blood products having the test requirements based on volume, factor VIII, blood bag leakage, visual changes, leukocyte count, platelet count and blood product labeling. Quality blood, represented that all blood service processes have been carried out at UDD PMI Sleman eligibility standards in the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 91 of 2025 and the blood products are suitable for use by patients who need Fresh Frozen Plasma blood products.
