INVESTIGASI TATANAN KESEHATAN DI PADUKUHAN CUPUWATU II WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KALASAN SLEMAN, YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The investigation was carried out as a follow-up to identifying health problems and determining alternative solutions to health problems in Cupuwatu II. Data collection activities were carried out by observation and interviews using a questionnaire.

The purpose of the investigation was to determine the risk factors for disease occurrence in Cupuwatu II Hamlet Purwomartani Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta

The method in this investigation activity uses the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) method. with the Community Development Practice approach.

The results of field data show that the health problems experienced by the Cupuwatu II community include maternal and child health (KIA), clean and healthy living habits, healthy homes, and health problems. From the results of the investigation, the priority problem found was smoking habit by 45%, health problems consisting of ARI at 8.3%, Diabetes Mellitus by 5.8%, DHF by 1.7% Hypertension by 2.5% and 6.7% mosquito larvae were still found. There are still risk factors for behavior-based and environmental-based disease.
